4. Orders

The customer confirms their order by accepting these GTC and proceeding with payment.
Nocta Univers reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer or suspected fraud.

5. Price and Payment

  • Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC).

  • Shipping fees are indicated at checkout.

  • Payment is made by credit card or any other method offered on the website.

  • The order is considered final after payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

  • Nocta Univers cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or exceptional circumstances.

7. Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the products.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.
