Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal (European Directive 2011/83/EU)

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

• This period starts from the day the product is received.

• If the order contains several products delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition,

• Accompanied by its packaging and all intact labels,

• Returned with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

⚠️ Sale items, promotional products, or those benefiting from a special discount are non-refundable.
They may, depending on the case, be subject to an exchange or a store credit valid on the site, but no refund will be made.

3. Return procedure

• The customer must inform Nocta Univers of their return request by email at: Contact.nocta.univers@proton.me

• After validation, the return address will be communicated to you.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error (defective or non-compliant product).

4. Refund timeframes

In case of a compliant return, the refund (excluding promotions) will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the items.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used at the time of the order.

5. Non-returnable products

• Sale items, promotional products, or those purchased with a special discount.

• Products damaged by misuse.

• Hygiene or personalized items (if you ever offer any).
